What is DAC?

Disabled Adult Child. DAC benefits with SSA give the individual a monthly payment and Medicare. DAC recipients are also eligible to apply for and receive DAC Medicaid through HHSC. DAC recipients are also automatically eligible to have their Medicare Part B premiums paid monthly.
