Community Homes for Adults Endowment Foundation (CHAEF)

CHAI is privileged to have a robust endowment, the Community Homes for Adults Endowment Foundation (aka CHAEF), which has grown over 33 years, providing sustained revenue to fund our programs and services.

In the most recent fiscal year, 2025, the endowment provided over $650,000 to CHAI's operating revenue, or 15% of our overall income.

Supporters can make an unrestricted gift to the endowment, or discuss a specific purpose with CHAI leadership.
